Our Mission
The College has adopted its mission as ‘Krunvanto Vishwamaryam’
We wish to help the nation in achieving the ideal situation wherein there is mental and moral advancement of the people. For achieving this, we have selected the medium of legal education.
So, through legal education we aim to raise the society to a point wherein due to moral and mental excellence, all the distinctions on the ground of birth will disappear.
For past 18 years we have been continuously working to make our vision and mission a reality. In this Centenary Decade, guided by the same philosophy we wish to tread our path further in the direction of excellence through liberal thought.
Our Vision
St. Wilfred’s College of Law was established in the year 2003 patronized by the St. Wilfred’s Education Society with a mission to bring out professionally competent lawyers of high caliber t suit the needs of the corporate and modern society. The Memorandum of Association quotes the vision of the college as ‘Dharme Sarvam Prathishtitam’ i.e. “Law is the foundation of the whole universe; everything is centered in Law.”
It was much before the Independence that the founders of the society realized the importance of knowledge of law amongst all the citizens. It was believed that knowledge of law is very necessary for everybody whether they take it up as a means of livelihood or not. From the initiation we realize our social responsibility and therefore, the objects of the college not only mentioned about starting colleges for imparting legal education but also about taking up measures for spread of general knowledge of law and Constitution among the people. Guided by the vision of the founders, we will continue to lead the path of academic excellence.

It is a great pleasure for me to share my feelings with the wise readers of the website. First of all I would like to congratulate the students who opted our Law College for their career development.
St. Wilfred’s College of Law, Jaipur is one of the renowned and well-reputed Institutions .Since its establishment in 2003, the College has produced a good number of Judicial Officers, eminent lawyers, Law Officers, and so on. Some of our students are working as Law Teachers in college in various Law Colleges. Many more students are working in Public/Private Sectors at different cadres with Legal Education background.
Every year our students occupy positions in the merit list of the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur and we have won many prizes in the Moot-Court, Debate, Elocution and the other fields like sports and cultural competitions at the University, District and State Level.
A student of Law should not confine to the classroom but to serve the society because a lawyer is a “Social Engineer”.
A Student of Law has to think about progressive shape of the society for a better tomorrow. Knowledge is power and we can get it through education only. Legal Education has its unique and versatile importance in building of well-ordered society. Justice is the Supreme ideal in the civilized society. The Legal Profession plays a crucial role in bringing the common people at the doors of the “Temple of Justice”. I hope and wish the students of Law will work to meet the cause of Justice .I conclude with Legal Maxim-“ Ingorantia juris non excusat” which means “Ignorance of Law is no excuse”. In other words the law is not only for the lawyers but also and essentially for the laymen. Every one must try to acquire some working knowledge of the law.
